2024 GRANTS

USTA St. Louis offers four types of grant funding, described below. Our Grants Committee thanks you for your work spreading the joy of tennis!

2024 District Grant Applications deadlines:

April 15

– Decision letters sent by April 30

June 15

– Decision letters sent by June 30

October 15

– Decision letters sent by October 31

USTA ST. LOUIS DISTRICT GRANT GUIDELINES

USTA ST. LOUIS GRANT APPLICATION

Grant Process

Complete and submit the Online Application (see button above)
If your grant is awarded your program will receive 50% of the awarded amount upfront (some grants may be be paid at 100% upfront - see guidelines for more details)
Schedule a program observation visit with our Grant oversight team (more information will be provided upon award)
Complete the Grant Accountability Form (see button below) at the conclusion of your program - THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GRANTS whether paid at 50% or 100% upfront.

USTA ST. LOUIS GRANT ACCOUNTABILITY FORM

district grant types

Community Development — up to $2,500

Programming to support the growth of tennis opportunities through summer camps, clinics, open play and social activities. This grant will be awarded half up front and the second half upon completion of the program and submission of the program-end evaluation.

Provider Innovation — up to $500

For Providers to assist with innovative ways to promote their existing USTA programs. This could include Team Challenges, Junior Team Tennis, Officials or court monitors, Tournaments and Leagues.

Facility Enhancements — up to $1,000

For facilities to assist with court repairs, accessories including score devices, permanent court lines, benches, nets, etc.

Equipment — up to $500

For CTAs, schools and school partners to supplement Net Generation School Tennis and assist with right-sized tennis equipment including mini-nets, low compression balls, shorter racquets and throw-downlines. Also for USTA Adaptive and/or Wheelchair modified balls, nets and training equipment.
